Resume:

I am a Paleozoic palynologist. My current work focuses on the impacts of the Late Palaeozoic climatic turnover on the evolution of terrestrial palynology and vegetation. I am particularly interested in the short-term effects of marine mass extinction on land vegetation dynamics specifically, whether the killing mechanism during marine mass extinction has a comparative effect on the terrestrial ecosystem.

Direction:

Paleozoic palynology and associated Palaeoecology

Palynofacies and mesofossils

Achievements:

“Chu Yuet Wah Scholarship” in Chinese Academy of Sciences

CAS President Award for Outstanding Students” in Chinese Academy of Sciences

Member of Youth Innovation Promotion Association in Chinese Academy of Sciences

Humboldt Research Fellowship
