Santosh Kumar Pandey博士目前是印度萨尼古植物研究所前寒武纪生实验室Precambrian Palaeobiology Laboratory,Birbal Sahni Institute of Palaeobotany)研究人员,主要从事印度的前寒武纪化石生物学和地层研究。2016年通过中国科学院国际人才计划CAS, PIFI 的支持,作为访问学者来中科院南京地质古生物研究所进行合作。合作计划是中国埃迪卡拉纪蓝田生物群古生物学及其与印度前寒武相关地层和对比研究
