研究领域：
	系统调查研究了新西兰北岛东部沿海盆地包括蠕虫管、软体动物、腕足动物、甲壳动物和棘皮动物在内的中新世冷泉动物群的特征、全球对比和生物古地理学，建立了全球自志留纪以来的冷泉化石生物的综合数据库。在国际专业刊物和国际会议论文集中分别发表了4和5篇论文（其中第一和通讯作者论文各3篇），新建了5种和1属中新世冷泉双壳类和1种腹足类化石，讨论了帽贝的古生态学等。
